SHIPPING POLICY
- We deliver all products by EMS (Express mail service) of the Japanese post office. The Japanese postal system has an excellent reputation. RETURN POLICY
- We do not accept returns, so please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding the product before you purchase it. We are happy to answer any questions you might have regarding dimensions, materials or colors.
- However, in the following cases, returns will be accepted.

- (2) Delivered products differ from the ordered products.
- All products are carefully packed and delivered so problems are not come. But if there is a problem with your order, please send an e-mail within 3 days of the products arriving. All products must be returned in "unused" condition in their original packaging.
